All homes on Woodmoor Mountain with a certificate of occupancy issued by Douglas County are required to pay trash removal fees, regardless of residency. Homeowners (18 years of age and older) in good standing with paid dues are welcome to use the trash compactor.
Trash removal fees are due annually no later than July 1st for the calendar year (January - December). Compactor is under 24 hour video recording surveillance.
Unbuilt lot property owners are not allowed to use the compactor. You may contact the board to be billed for trash dues if you wish to use the compactor.
