Woodmoor Mountain is a gated community and we would like to ensure that entry into our community is restricted to property owners and authorized visitors. Please ensure you are extremely careful when giving the gate code to visitors and vendors. Please never give the mail house code to anyone.

Mailhouse Tips
Always arrange to have your packages picked up as soon as possible
Attach your mailbox key to your car keys so you won't leave them in the mailhouse
Check your assigned cubby for package notifications and WMHOA materials
Always make sure you pull the door shut and make sure it is locked
Never leave the door open for someone you don't know (get to know your neighbors)
Take all mail and flyers with you. Trash service is not provided in the mailhouse
Emergency contacts and notices are posted in the mailhouse
If you need a remote for the gate - they can be purchased for $15 (checks to WMHOA) by emailing info@woodmoormountain.com or calling the HOA phone at 720-446-9462 and leaving a message with your information.
